SimFlex shutters can be offered either, supply and deliver only, or fully installed anywhere in the country with their own engineers.

Stylish and fire tested to both timber and masonry structures. Available in single and three phase. Fully compliant and ce marked to BS EN 16034.

Curtain Construction & Weight

76mm 20 gauge curved steel scroll laths interlocked with steel end locks. Weight 11kg m2.

Bottom Bar & Guides

Guides range from 50mm straight channel galvanised steel mounted on 75mm 50mm mild steel angle (minimum), with ‘T’ section bottom bar.
For shutters of increased width compared to tested sizes, we provide an increased guide depth of 5mm per linear metre of increased shutter width to allow for curtain expansion.

Shutter Hoods

Formed from 20swg steel sheet, with the top leg slotted for expansion.
