The Client:

The brand new Blue Sky Lounge at Ibrox Stadium, home to Rangers Football Club in Glasgow, is set to become the leading football hospitality and restaurant offering in Scotland. The new state-of-the-art multi-purpose lounge offers panoramic views over Ibrox Stadium.

Their Brief:

Operating as a restaurant open seven days a week and serving up to 330 guests on match days, durable sanitaryware was required for the busy washrooms. It was essential that the washroom décor tied in seamlessly with the rest of the stylish lounge, providing visitors with a real sense of luxury.

The Solution:

The Sanitaryware Companies SanCeram Langley, Hartley and Marden ranges were selected for this project. Offering a real sense of opulence to users, whilst still being durable and coming in at a budget friendly price tag.

The SanCeram Langley Round Vessel Basin, with its contemporary slim sided appearance was coupled with the SanCeram Hartley Tall Basin Mixer Tap in Chrome. The modern, minimalistic tap comes complete with press top waste and has an adjustable directional slim stream aerator.

For the WCs, the SanCeram Langley Wall Hung Rimless Toilet Pan was paired with the Tyde OSMO® T1 Concealed Cistern and Reef Pneumatic Push Plate. The modern, stylish toilet with Rimless technology ensures excellent hygiene with the added benefit of water saving. The wall hung installation was ideal to help reduce dirt traps and the Tyde Reef Pneumatic Push Plate offers dual flush operation, for a full and water saving reduced flush. In the male washrooms, SanCeram Marden Concealed Trap Urinals were installed. The urinals have a sleek easy to clean, concealed bottle trap design.

For Doc M compliancy, the SanCeram Essentials Doc M WC Pack was installed in the disabled toilet. The pack comprises of a Close Coupled WC, a two tap hole basin for flexibility of handing and a sequential mixer tap as well as the appropriate grab rails.
