BFT’s Mast Climbing Work Platforms were selected over traditional scaffolding for this residential development in Birmingham.

The development comprises 140 one-bedroom, and 74 two-bedroom flats with associated access, parking and landscaping.

BFT’s Mast Climbing Work Platforms were chosen due to the building mix of Brick Slips and cladded façade.

BFT designed a full scheme of Twin and Single MCWP’s totalling 31No. positions. The models used to complete the project included BFT 90, BFT 120 and BFT 130’s.
