The buildings within the development are not all symmetrical, Origin were able to manufacture bespoke sizes on top of maintaining fast lead times. As Origin manufactured, delivered and installed all the products to the site, Peter Clarke's team were able to spend their time on the other parts of the development whilst knowing the completion from install side would be perfect.

At the back of each property, there is two sets of bi-folds which capture the modern house market. The move towards modern houses is having continuity between the inside and outside, which having a large opening really allows. It was opted for 1x 4 panel bi-fold and 1x 3 panel bi-fold all folding to one direction; making the houses even more desirable.
